This Privacy Policy explains how Stay Strong Counseling LLC ("we," "us") handles information collected through this website. It does not cover the clinical records created during therapy or coaching sessions. Those are governed by the separate Notice of Privacy Practices you receive at your first appointment, not by this page.
Information we collect
Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), the service you're interested in, and your message. This is sent directly to Aaron by email so he can respond to you. It is not stored in a database on this website, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing.
Automatically collected information. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs for security and performance, such as IP address and browser type. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.
Third-party services
This site uses a small number of outside tools:
- Trustindex displays our Google reviews and may set its own cookies when it loads. See Trustindex's privacy policy for details.
- Google Maps is embedded on our Contact page to show our office location. Google's privacy policy applies when you interact with the map.
- Google Fonts are used to display our site's typography.
We use Google Analytics to understand overall traffic patterns, such as which pages are visited and how people generally find this site. Google Analytics uses cookies and does not identify you personally. You can opt out using a browser extension such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We do not use Meta/Facebook Pixel or any advertising retargeting tool on this site.
How we use your information
Only to respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, or answer your questions. We don't use it for unrelated marketing, and we don't sell it.
Data retention
Contact form submissions aren't stored on the website. Once delivered by email, they're kept according to our normal business email practices.
A note on health information
If you become a client, what you share in sessions is part of your confidential clinical record and is protected under our Notice of Privacy Practices, provided separately, not under this website policy.
Children's privacy
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
