Do I need a referral?
No. You can reach out directly for either therapy or coaching, no referral or diagnosis required to get started.
How do telehealth sessions work?
Telehealth runs throughout the week (in-person is Monday and Tuesday only). You'll get a secure video link ahead of your session, no app or account needed on your end.
What's your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Life happens, and I’ll always do my best to find another time that works. Cancellations made within 24 hours require the full session fee to be paid out of pocket. This boundary helps protect the time reserved for every client and must be respected.
